Who we are
AUSA Hoops is Australia’s leading pathway to college basketball, having assisted 340+ players in securing US college and high school placements. We were founded in 2013 by Rhys Murphy , a former NCAA Division I player , on a single philosophy: be great.
Our team includes full-time coaches, administrators, event coordinators, and college recruiting specialists. We mentor through basketball , helping young Australians grow on and off the court.

Sending your child overseas to chase a basketball scholarship is a big decision. You want to know the program is safe, legitimate, and actually capable of getting your child in front of the right people. So do we , that’s why we built it the way we did.
What we do
By playing and competing in high-level AAU tournaments against talented American players, we provide the best platform available for your child to prove they have what it takes to earn a US college scholarship.
Tours are run as business trips, not holidays. That means rigorous practice, study halls, conditioning, physical care, and personal development , alongside the games and the recruiting opportunities.
