AAU games are far more physical and much faster, so you must be ready to perform when put under physical pressure.

DESIGNED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF ATHLETES
Improve your performance through sports-specific training that aligns with the training of professional and college athletes. We do the thinking for you, while you focus on working hard.
UNLIMITED SESSIONS
Professional athletes don’t have their S&C training limited by how many sessions they can afford each week. We offer unlimited sessions and load management to help you perform at your peak.
COMPLIMENTARY GYM MEMBERSHIP
Access to our 24/7 Performance Gym is included as part of the program. Put your body through all the work it can handle, on your own schedule.
THE SYSTEM
1. PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT
The Performance Blueprint gets started with a free Performance Assessment. In this assessment, we learn more about you and your goals as an athlete.
2. PERFORMANCE TEST
After we understand your goals, we will run you through a Performance Test to discover your strengths and weaknesses and to identify any opportunities we can focus on in your program.
3. individualised program
Based on your performance test and weekly commitments, our coaches design you a 12-week individualised program that is specific to your needs.
4. 1:1 CHAT
To get you comfortable with your program we’ll discuss the details of your exercises and introduce you to the gym to make sure you feel part of the team.
5. group sessions
After you’re set and comfortable with your program, it is time to jump into our team training sessions and start improving your performance.
6. final performance test
At end of the 12-week program, we will re-test you to measure your improvement, and then re-program you for another 12-week block.
