Here are a few cool links for you to cruise through this weekend.

Who’s making noise in the US?

This week we highlight Noah Thomas of Drake University.

Noah is as quick of a point guard you will ever see. He has stepped into a nice backup role during his freshman year with the Bulldogs. He is averaging 12mpg as a freshman.

Drake is a team to keep an eye on heading into next weeks Missouri Valley Conference tournament. They have stepped up all year in big games, including a big road upset of Wake Forest early in the campaign and they stand a real chance to upset a couple of teams come tourney time.

Here’s a flashback to a young Noah putting in work on the AAU circuit.

Training video we love:

Footwork is such an important part of basketball, yet is sometimes overlooked, in this video Allen Stein shows you guard’s a few drills that NBA megastar Chris Paul uses when he’s on the court.

And we haven’t forgotten the big boys either, check out these five post moves you should go out and master, it’s the first step to becoming the next Olajuwon.

What’s next with AUSA?

It’s looking like mid-January 2019 will be the date for our Youth Development Tour to Los Angeles, more exciting information coming very soon on this! Learn more about the Youth Development Tour here.

Who’s next..? A name to know:

If you don’t know Matty Gray, now you know!!!

He’s a 6’8 do-it-all forward who can comfortably step out to shoot a three or rip through and dunk on you.

Matty is the biggest thing to come out of Orange since a Philip Shaw Pinot Gris and the big fella had a nice AAU run with us last year up in Milwaukee.

Matty has committed to Drake University (and will join Noah) later this year. Keep an eye on him as his career develops in corn-country-Iowa.
